At Jurgensen Chiropractic, we make it a priority to focus on working with the patient to not only decrease pain levels, but to also restore the patient's ability to perform their daily activities. Work injuries can be a hassle. Make sure to report any work injuries to a supervisor as soon as possible.
DOT Physicals
As of May 21, 2015, all commercial drivers are required to receive regular DOT physicals. Dr. Jake is certified to perform these physicals and will make sure that you are kept up to date.
